He was a Realtor at Stout Team at EXP Realty and Neil EXP and had an artistic eye behind the lens as a photographer at Goldenvoice and Palm Springs Life Magazine. His passion for capturing moments led him to establish Husvar Photo, where he brought stories to life through his work.
Neil was not just a realtor or photographer—he was a mentor, a friend, and a guiding light to many. He was known for his infectious energy, quick wit, and unwavering support for those around him. His love for music, art, and sports made him a dynamic personality, someone who could connect with people from all walks of life.
A graduate of Marywood University and an alumnus of Scranton Central High School, Neil carried his Scranton roots with him wherever he went, forming lifelong friendships along the way. His warmth, loyalty, and ability to lift others up made him a cherished presence in both his personal and professional circles.
