A graduate of the University of Phoenix and Parkland College, Toni was also known for her philanthropic spirit and dedication to helping those in need. Her strength was most evident in her relentless pursuit of justice for her daughter, who was tragically taken from her in 2009. Through her faith and determination, she became a symbol of courage and perseverance for many.
